Job summary

Offshore 24/7 is seeking an experienced architect to own documentation for Australian industrial and commercial projects, delivering from Design Development through Construction Documentation.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, ensure Revit models are accurate, and apply NCC/AS 1428.1 requirements to project documentation. This remote role requires hands-on Australian project exposure and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level architectural project delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience on Australian architectural projects.
• Experience delivering industrial projects (warehouses, factories, data centres, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong modelling and documentation skills.
• Experience progressing projects from Design Development to Construction Documentation.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving technical/structural issues.
• Working knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards, esp. AS 1428.1.
• Architecture degree or equivalent recognized in the Philippines.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects and documentation packages from Design Development through Construction Documentation.
• Liaise with structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire consultants and incorporate their information into architectural docs.
• Manage deliverables and project priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify clashes and coordination issues before they reach site.
• Raise documentation/coordination/risks to the Australian Project Architect.
• Produce high-quality architectural documentation in Revit (plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, legends).
