Job summary

PDAX seeks a Senior Associate to support the Strategy and Investor Relations Group with data analysis, budget planning, and performance reporting. You will aggregate data on users, revenues, and costs, assist with reporting, and participate in corporate planning activities to help drive strategic initiatives.

You will also conduct market research, support long-term financial modeling, and contribute to cross-functional projects in a fast-growing startup environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields.
• Preferably has 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, FP&A, strategy, or other related functions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and programming languages, ideally Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Tableau and Metabase.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Highly diligent and meticulous in working with large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and organize data on users, volumes, revenues, and costs.
• Develop, maintain, and improve information systems to regularly monitor and review departmental spending against budgeted expenses.
• Utilize business intelligence software to develop, produce, and improve reports on key operating metrics weekly and monthly.
• Support SIRG with data in preparing reports and analyses for top-level management, key business partners, and investors.
• Prepare month-end budget and cost data to facilitate budget adjustments.
• Conduct market research to support SIRG in regularly surveying the external environment.
• Support annual corporate planning covering strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Assist with data updating for long-term financial models.

About The Team

The Strategy and Investor Relations Group spearheads the company-wide strategic management process, covering business performance management, financial planning, and investor relations. The team drives the company’s long-term growth and success by ensuring that key strategic objectives are met and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Business and Financial Performance Review: Produce and deliver management reports to inform decision-making across all levels of the company.
• Corporate and Strategic Planning: Lead the annual corporate planning process spanning strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning to ensure the company is aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Investor Relations and Other Projects: Fulfill various investor-related responsibilities and handle special projects for SIRG and top-level management.

About The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will support various aspects of financial and strategic management, focusing on data processing, business analysis, and budget management. Your responsibilities will include aggregating and analyzing data to inform decision-making, assisting with the reporting of operational metrics, and participating in corporate planning activities. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives such as monitoring company-wide objectives and conducting market research. General Responsibilities

Business and Financial Performance Management

• Consolidate and organize data on users, volumes, revenues, and costs.
• Develop, maintain, and improve information systems to regularly monitor and review departmental spending against budgeted expenses.

• Support SIRG with data in preparing various reports and analyses to communicate performance across revenues and costs to top-level management, key business partners, and investors.

Corporate and Strategic Planning

• Prepare month-end budget and cost data to facilitate the budget adjustment processes.
• Conduct market research to support SIRG in regularly surveying the external market environment.
• Support SIRG in running the annual corporate planning process encompassing top-level strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Support SIRG head with data in updating and maintaining the long-term company-wide financial model.

Investor Relations and Other Projects

• Assist SIRG in fulfilling various investor information requests relating to business performance.
• Assist in performing critical administrative and secretariat functions on behalf of SIRG in important management committees.
• Execute other special projects and ad hoc tasks for SIRG and top-level management that require cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
