General Responsibilities
Management
  • Collaborate with teams on initiatives presented to senior leadership and the Board, helping shape company-wide decisions
  • Responsible for the growth and development of the SIRG team
  • Lead the company-wide performance management
Business and Financial Performance Management
  • Supervise the preparation of the periodic executive-level reports and board presentations
  • Synthesize and present information for executive-level reports and board presentations, supporting key leadership and governance discussions
  • Lead periodic performance review cycles, focusing on revenue, cost drivers, margins, and key KPIs at multiple levels (product, customer, segment, squad, corporate)
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on variance analysis, financial performance, and other key metrics to top-level management, key business partners, and investors
Corporate and Strategic Planning
  • Leading the enterprise-wide strategic planning cycle, including long-term planning, strategic initiative prioritization, and performance tracking
  • Compile and oversee the cross-collaboration commercial and noncommercial teams to define and align shared OKRs and KPIs and ensure consistency with strategic priorities
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, industry research, and macroeconomic analysis to inform strategic direction
Investor Relations and Others
  • Lead the fulfillment of various investor information requests
  • Manage external stakeholder communication and critical tasks relating to the investors
  • Lead the execution of other special projects and ad hoc tasks for SIRG and top-level management that require cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred). Has 5 years or more of experience in business analytics, FP&A, corporate strategy, or other related functions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting: annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, long-range strategic planning and Balanced Scorecard implementation, preparation of board and investor-level presentations
  • Strong commercial understanding; able to partner effectively with business units and functional leaders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and programming languages, ideally Python and SQL
  • Experience in using business intelligence software such as Tableau and Metabase
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage tasks effectivelyAble to adapt to rapidly-changing priorities and works well under pressureHighly diligent and meticulous in working with large amounts of information
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
