• Ability to document decisions in audit-ready manner.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Document requirements and design process improvements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for testing.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across functions.
• Support UAT, training, change management, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through automation.
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards for monitoring risks and performance.
• Ensure alignment with governance, controls, data quality, and compliance.
