Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant – Executive Compensation to review compensation data, verify data integrity, and respond to client requests. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, train clients, and support report production while helping develop junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR/data analysis experience, a strong finance/economics background, and proficiency with MS Office, including Excel macros.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics required.
• 3–5 years of HR, research, data analysis, or related experience is preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through proactive communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for reporting or consulting assignments.
• Conduct client training webinars as needed.
• Assist in production and modification of compensation and survey reports for client use.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
• Support various ad-hoc projects.
