Qualifications

- Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
- Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
- Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
- Translate client questions and requests into potential opportunities for reports or consulting work.
- Conduct client training webinars as needed.
- Assist in producing compensation and survey reports and modify reports for client use.
- Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Other majors will also be considered.
- 3 - 5 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience.
- Ability to work independently in a data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents.
- Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of data.
- Organization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word.
- Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues.
- Has an eye for detail, while not losing focus of the bigger picture.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
