Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate Consultant to support the Radford-McLagan Compensation Database. You will review compensation data, verify accuracy with clients, and respond to data requests while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will contribute to compensation reporting, assist in ad-hoc projects, and help translate client needs into actionable insights for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of research, data analysis, data cleaning or related experience; fresh grads welcomed.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal/external stakeholders.

What the day will look like

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve compensation and survey input issues
• Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communications
• Recognize, understand, and translate client questions, comments, and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments
• Assist in the production of compensation and survey reports and review, design, and modification of reports for client use
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Other majors will also be considered.
• 1 - 2 years of research, data analysis, data cleaning or other related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents.

• Demonstrates strong initiative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently review, validate, and analyze large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
• Detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word
• Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills
• Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues.
• Has an “eye for detail,” while not losing focus of the bigger picture.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
