Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant - Executive Compensation to review compensation data, verify accuracy, and engage with clients to resolve issues. You will help prepare reports, support junior staff, and contribute to ongoing client training and projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork within a global professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics (or related).
• 3–5 years in HR, research, data analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions and requests into potential opportunities for reports or consulting work.
• Conduct client training webinars as needed.
• Assist in producing compensation and survey reports and modify reports for client use.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
