Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant in Executive Compensation to review compensation data, verify data accuracy with clients, and support reporting and client services. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, train clients, and contribute to sales opportunities while developing junior staff.

The role emphasizes independent data operations, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and clear communication within a global, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics (or related).
• 3-5 years of HR, research, data analysis, or related experience.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal/external constituents.
• Motivated self-starter, well organized, able to multi-task and prioritize large data volumes.
• Strong organization, detail-oriented, able to take direction and work both independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel (macros a plus) and Word.
• Experience processing spreadsheets and database management; strong customer service.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate large data into key findings and identify business issues.
• Eye for detail while keeping big-picture in view.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting.
• Conduct client training webinars, as needed.
• Assist in the production of compensation and survey reports and review, design, and modification of reports for client use.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects.
