Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate Consultant for the Radford-McLagan Compensation Database. You will review compensation data, verify accuracy, and resolve issues by engaging with clients. The role emphasizes data analysis, communication, and delivering actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

You will contribute to reports and ad-hoc projects, collaborating with a dynamic group in a global firm known for diverse, inclusive culture and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics preferred.
• 1-2 years of research, data analysis, data cleaning or related experience; fresh grads with strong academics encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interact with internal/external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze large data volumes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for additional services or reporting.
