Job summary

SGV - People Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate to shape change programs across people, process and technology. You will design and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption in client transformations.

You will facilitate workshops, build communications, and coach teams on best practices, while helping organizations align people strategies with business goals and sustain transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, learning, workforce transformation, or consulting.
• Experience supporting technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and stakeholder dimensions to identify risks, readiness requirements, and adoption impacts.
• Develop and manage comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, sponsorship, resistance management, and adoption activities to support successful organizational and technology transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver communication strategies, leadership messaging, stakeholder updates, presentations, newsletters, awareness campaigns, and other engagement materials.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, training sessions, change champion networks, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assess organizational readiness and monitor adoption, training effectiveness, stakeholder sentiment, and change performance metrics.
• Develop training strategies, learning materials, user enablement programs, and training needs assessments to support successful adoption.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, identify change risks and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies to address barriers to change.
• Support leadership alignment, sponsor engagement, and change champion activities to reinforce transformation objectives.
• Coach associates and project team members on change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Create surveys, feedback mechanisms, and change success metrics to measure stakeholder readiness, adoption, engagement, proficiency, and overall transformation effectiveness, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and sustain outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of organizational transformation frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and accelerators.
