Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, and information systems
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or product owner
• In-depth experience with business process modelling and requirements engineering frameworks such as BPMN and BABOK
• Experience using business and data analysis tools
• Ability to demonstrate integrity, leadership and teaming
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creativity in solving problems and visualizing ideas

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews to understand current operations and systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on current-state analysis
• Document business processes following industry standards
• Elicit and refine requirements, translating them into product features
• Write clear business requirements and documentation
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and QA teams
• Review work conducted by Associate Product Owner
• Define epics and features and manage product backlog
• Prioritize backlog using value-based methods
• Coordinate change management including impact analysis and training needs
