Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with equipment used in assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily/shift reports to Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor equipment to ensure operation and PM/Cal updates.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality and process issues.
