Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with QFN, TQFP and SOIC package assembly.
• Knowledge of FOL Equipment (Wirebond, Die Attach) and listed models.
• Familiarity with TS16949 and HSPM quality systems.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to be on-call for off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company's quality policy and code of conduct.
• Provide daily or shift reports to Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor and ensure equipment are operational; PM and Cal are updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports through R7/R8 system; participate in AM-PM and 5S programs.
