Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with equipment for QFN, TQFP, and SOIC assembly.
• Knowledge of FOL Equipment (list of equipment).
• Familiar with TS16949 and HSPM quality systems.
• Familiar with failure analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage workload while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to multi-task across shifting priorities.
• Availability for off-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company's quality policy and standard code of conduct.
• Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor and ensure equipment is always operational and PM/Cal are updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality issues (machine and process).
• Update downtime and uptime reports through the R7/R8 system, participate in AM-PM and 5S programs.
