Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or the equivalent in experience.
• 3+ years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with equipment used in QFN, TQFP, SOIC assembly.
• Familiar with TS16949 and quality analysis techniques.
• Ability to multi-task and work with shifting priorities.
• Availability for off-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Comply with quality policy and code of conduct.
• Provide daily or shift reports to Equipment Engineer.
• Monitor equipment uptime and PM/Cal updates.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports via R7/R8 system.
