Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus.

• Process accounts receivable and customer billing.
• Post cash applications and reconcile AR transactions.
• Track customer inquiries and resolve AR issues.
• Submit invoices via portals and monitor collections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and AR-related metrics.
• Guide entry-level staff and draft process documentation.
