Job summary

Top Source Executive Search in Makati City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end AR activities, invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations and reporting for cash flow support.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve payment issues, maintain ERP data accuracy and drive AR process improvements. A 1–3 year AR track record and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations and account maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices on time.
• Monitor customer accounts for prompt payment of balances.
• Perform collections via email, phone and other channels.
• Apply payments and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Support month-end close and AR aging reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and SOPs.
