The candidate will manage client billing, coordinate with departments, and provide monthly performance reports. Ideal applicants have 2+ years in AR and BPO, strong Excel and Netsuite skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Receivable.
• At least 2 years work experience in a BPO company.
• Proficient in accounting software; Netsuite experience is a huge plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Record and reconcile customer payments.
• Maintain a masterlist of all engaged staff and billable items.
• Coordinate with other departments for current and future projects.
• Provide ad hoc reports as necessary.
• Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes.
• Provide overtime and holiday monthly billable reports.
• Provide car hire monthly billable reports.
• Provide call charges monthly billable reports.
• Provide other monthly billable reports that may be requested.
• Provide affiliate and BDM commission reports.
