Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Credit and Collection Lead to oversee the AR and collection operations. The role drives KPI achievement, cashflow optimization, and the timely generation of AR Aging and KPI reports, coordinating with Sales, Operations and Trade accounts.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in Credit and Collection, with supervisory experience, strong AR process knowledge, and proficiency in ERP systems to support remedial actions and risk

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year Business related course, preferably Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum of five years working experience in Credit and Collection setting, supervisory/Team Leader capacity.
• Well-informed on Credit and Collection processes, AR and remedial management including collection negotiation and legal remedies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Collection Operations and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure KPI achievement and cashflow maximization.
• Evaluates and authorizes release of Sales Orders and coordinates credit standards with Sales/ Medtech Team.
• Finalizes AR aging and KPI reports; provides reliable inputs for cash management and disbursement allocation.
• Authorizes collection letters and repayment plans, negotiates settlements, and escalates to agencies when needed.
• Deploys and monitors compliance with Credit & Collection policies and the Quality Management System.
