Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead AR and collections, ensuring timely invoicing and cash collection across accounts. The role demands 3–5 years in AR/collections within a BPO/financial setting, strong MS Office skills, and solid people management.

A hybrid dayshift work arrangement and collaborative finance team environment are offered. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem solving, and analytical thinking, with a focus on process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience, preferably in a BPO or Financial Firm setup.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and other call centre-specific software, AR systems; GDS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or other financial fields.
• Strong communication, team management and performance management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR team performance, ensure invoices processed on time and collections made for accounts due and past due.
• Oversee team member headcount and shift coverage, manage break/lunch schedules.
• Notify National AR Manager and Financial Controller of issues and provide solutions.
• Coach agents and Senior Agents on monthly KPIs to meet targets.
• Maintain honest, open, and professional communication with customers and staff.
