Job summary

OutForce is seeking experienced Senior Appointment Setters to join an offshore team supporting Australian dental clients from The Curve, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on engaging warm inbound leads from marketing campaigns and converting them into consultations.

You will work AU hours onsite, with room to grow as volumes scale, using HubSpot and structured scripts to maintain high attendance and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Experience selling for high-ticket products or services.
• Experience with Australian customers or accounts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct proactive outbound follow-up with interested patients.
• Qualify prospects and book consultations for Australian clinics.
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment data in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Australian sales teams to maximise attendance.
