Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst II in the Philippines to independently support and improve critical applications. You will lead high-impact issues, own assigned projects, and mentor Level I analysts while aligning technical solutions with business needs.

The role emphasizes strong technical judgment, secure and reliable solutions, and collaboration with business units, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or low-code solutions.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Experience leading application projects, implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Forms or comparable platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, coordinating testing, and managing implementation risks.
• Working knowledge of application configuration, user access, security, change management, and data relationships.
• Ability to analyze application data using Excel and read-only SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact application issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to diagnose problems and restore service.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
• Manage advanced configuration, access, integration, and production changes.
• Lead small to medium application projects from requirements through post-implementation support.
• Mentor Level I analysts and promote escalation/change-management practices.
• Document and improve support processes and knowledge resources.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are properly documented.
