Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Representative III to join our team to support cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools. You will troubleshoot the admin console for cloud services and help ensure smooth operation for customers.

You will deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, documenting cases, and providing timely resolutions while applying strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong soft skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• English proficiency level: CEFR B2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools.
• Manage and resolve issues related to the admin console for cloud services.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
• Document and track support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
