Job summary

Liftoff in Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead key customer relationships across SEA. You will drive revenue expansion, align with executive stakeholders, and manage strategic account plans with cross-functional teams.

In this hybrid role, you will travel internationally up to 25% for client meetings and collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations to optimize campaigns while delivering outstanding client service and growth for Liftoff's APAC business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or sales in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or digital consulting.
• Proven revenue quota attainment and upsell/new business experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and act on new partnership opportunities to grow footprint across SEA.
• Lead prospecting, acquire and grow new Liftoff customers with strong sales skills.
• Scale account from 0 to 1 and manage SEA mobile advertisers' campaigns.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations for campaign optimization.
• Forecast revenue and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans aligning client objectives with product capabilities.
