Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Metro Manila. The role focuses on day-to-day AP operations, including invoice validation, SAP posting, and timely payments under established controls.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of AP experience, supervisory exposure, and strong skills in SAP, Excel, and reconciliations. You will oversee GL and vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience overseeing AP operations, invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, and vendor accounts.
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, compliance, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Experience supervising AP staff and ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and AP processes.
• Knowledge of AP compliance, documentation, controls, and audit requirements.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees validation, processing, and SAP posting of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reviews payment documents, proof of payments, BIR withholding tax forms, employee payments, and cash advances.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of payments within established controls and approval limits.
• Monitors payment forecasts, due dates, outstanding invoices, and vendor account issues.
• Oversees AP-related GL, bank, petty cash, and balance sheet account reconciliations, including Advances to Suppliers and AP Trade.
• Ensures compliance with AP policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
• Oversees Finance-related Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Supports Finance budgeting through AP and operating expense forecasts.
