Job summary

Inspiro in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable professional responsible for controlling and monitoring documents from all sources, reviewing payments, and preparing reports to support the finance team using SAP. The role requires at least 1 year in AP or general accounting, proficiency in MS Office, and good written and spoken English.

Familiarity with SAP, accurate posting to GL and cost centers, and timely intercompany settlements are valued.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related course completed.
• At least 1 year of AP or General Accounting experience.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial and statistical reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Good oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process, check and review documents for payment processing to ensure compliance with policies by checking approvals and documents submitted by proponent.
• Analyzes documents, checks for approval and accuracy of computation, inputs GL and cost center in SAP.
• Performs cleanup of major accounts to ensure correct balances using SAP data and supporting documents.
• Prepares Internal Billing Statements for Intercompany transactions based on SAP data.
• Prepares monthly lead schedules that support financial reports using SAP.
