Job summary

Enable PH in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Specialist (AP, Treasury) to oversee accounts payable and key treasury operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and adherence to internal controls. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, 3–5 years in AP/Treasury, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of AP and/or Treasury experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Accounts Payable cycle with timely, accurate recording.
• Handle AP and Treasury inquiries including verification and reconciliation.
• Manage end-to-end payment processing and fund transfers.
• Record in SAP: Invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure data validation and internal controls compliance.
• Monitor daily cash balances and funding availability.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting and closing.
