Job summary

Vestas Shared Service Centre in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support end-to-end AP processes across multiple vendor segments. You will review invoices, resolve parked items, perform GR/IR analysis, and liaise with Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure timely postings and accurate balances.

The role requires a minimum of three years in AP, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to work within a global shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accountancy/finance/business management or related area.
• Minimum of three years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in a shared services environment or global teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end vendor account reviews and issue resolution.
• Review and analyze parked/invoiced items; ensure timely posting.
• Perform GR/IR analysis and balance maintenance.
• Investigate vendor discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain audit trails for review and resolution activities.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing for vendor accounts and GR/IR.
