Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to support Global AR Billing processes, ensure accurate billing, and resolve discrepancies. You will work with SAP S/4HANA FI/AR and SAP GRC for SOX controls, while coordinating with regional finance teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifting schedules as needed to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field.
• Minimum 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience with Global AR Billing.
• Direct experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/AR; knowledge of SAP GRC.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and first-level escalation point for AR Billing issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and invoice distribution per terms and policies.
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies incl. pricing and master data errors.
• Oversee non-standard AR billing processes and support standardization.
• Support month-end closing, SOX documentation in SAP GRC, and audits.
