Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Practitioner to manage end-to-end AP tasks including vendor master data, invoice processing, and payments, while ensuring accuracy and meeting SLAs.

You will collaborate with global teams, drive process improvements and reporting using ERP tools. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3.5 years of AP experience are required; knowledge of SAP/Oracle is helpful for success in this on-site role in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 2-3.5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or related role.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor management and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Master Data Management including vendor setup and maintenance.
• Invoice receipt, validation, processing, and exception handling.
• Payments processing, remittance and cash forecasting.
• Query management, escalation handling, and reporting.
• Month-end closing, reconciliation, and accrual reporting.
• Travel and expense processing and P-card management.
• Audit support and compliance with client guidelines.
