Emapta is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure accurate invoice validation, timely supplier payments, and reliable financial records. The role offers a hybrid setup in Baguio with day shift and weekend offs, plus perks like HMO from day one and ongoing upskilling opportunities.

You will handle high-volume AP transactions, work with ERP systems, and collaborate with procurement and finance teams to maintain clean vendor data and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable or transactional accounting.
• Experience handling high-volume AP transactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter invoices into ERP and allocate to vendors and G/L codes.
• Process EFT payments and respond to supplier queries promptly.
