Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the Philippines seeks a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics to lead HCM reporting and analytics, focusing on US compliance reporting and Workday-related projects. You will design reporting solutions, train users, and drive end-to-end report development across the enterprise.

With 5–8 years in analytics and 4+ years in HCM reporting, you’ll collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data integrity while supporting global reporting needs and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; advanced degree desirable.
• 5–8 years related experience, with 4+ years in HCM reporting.
• Experience with Workday and PeopleSoft reporting preferred.
• Strong data analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering of business reporting requirements and translate into reporting solutions.
• Compile data sources (Workday/PeopleSoft) and submit US compliance reports.
• Execute daily ad-hoc report requests and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Optimize Workday and PeopleSoft integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Support Global Enterprise Data Platform mappings and data quality audits.
• Create training materials and conduct user trainings for stakeholders.
