Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics professionals.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks and define agent roles.
• Build evaluation and guardrail systems for conversational AI.
• Architect a unified intelligence layer for chat and voice channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
