Qualifications

• We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with deep backend expertise in Java and Python, strong system design skills, and a track record of building scalable platforms.
• Ability to architect and lead high‑reliability developer platforms, with focus on AI as an accelerator rather than a crutch.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering production‑grade infrastructure on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build internal MicroSaaS platforms with architecture, reliability, and developer experience in mind.
• Embed AI where it meaningfully boosts platform velocity and developer productivity.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms end‑to‑end.
• Design and operate scalable AWS infrastructure for internal systems.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and AI models for production readiness.
