• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• 8+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
• 5+ years leading and managing high-performing data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML/AI engineers and analytics professionals.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks and define agent roles and handoff logic.
• Build evaluation and guardrail systems for conversational AI and integrate unified intelligence across chat and voice channels.
