Job summary

Maya seeks a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead ML engineering for Marketing, Growth, and Personalization in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You will lead, mentor, and elevate a team of ML engineers while collaborating with data science, product, and cross-functional partners.

You will design resilient, large-scale ML systems, including agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows, optimize compute, and drive production-ready MLOps across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/IT or quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years building and operating data pipelines and production ML systems.
• 3+ years leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
• 3+ years designing CI/CD, distributed systems, and cloud-native infra.
• Demonstrated experience architecting LLM-based apps and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience supporting AI/ML use cases in fintech, digital banking, or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML engineers across marketing, growth, and personalization.
• Architect and scale production-grade agentic AI systems and real-time journeys.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and external teams.
• Own mesh-facing service development and integration across systems.
• Optimize compute and manage cloud economics, latency, and throughput.
• Set rigorous MLOps standards and production deployment cycles.
