Job summary

Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to enhance customer data quality for the RevTech Engineering team. You will unify and maintain the customer dataset critical for the company’s sales operations and ensure it meets standards for AI readiness.

Your role will involve collaborating across teams to implement solutions that improve data accuracy and integrity while also adhering to best practices in data governance. This position offers competitive pay and the flexibility of remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production pipelines for ML or LLM systems.
• Experience with CRM data at scale with entity resolution and deduplication.
• Familiarity with data preparation for AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the golden customer dataset as a governed source of truth.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for AI workflows.
• Implement monitoring and drift detection for data quality.
