Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, math, or related field.
• 3–7 years of software/AI/ML engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of AI agents across business domains.
• Develop prompts and system designs; establish best practices.
• Architect integrations between AI systems and internal platforms.
• Own AI skills and plugins; guide enterprise adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices and prompts.
