Job summary

CNX is seeking a Manager, Business Ops Support in Quezon City to lead AI and automation initiatives across the enterprise. You will steer end-to-end product development, from needs gathering to deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that integrate with Teams, web apps, and internal systems.

You’ll promote reuse of frameworks and standards, partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and maintain production readiness across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI and automation development projects.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled tools in enterprise environments.

Manager – AI & Automation Development

• Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post‑release optimization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of:
  • AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases)
  • Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines)
  • AI‑enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms (e.g., Teams, web apps, internal systems)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production‑ready.
• Drive reuse of frameworks, components, and standards to accelerate delivery.
