Job summary

UNITED OVERSEAS INSURANCE LTD in the Philippines seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to steer AI-driven transformation programs. You will coordinate PMs, BAs, developers, and stakeholders to deliver modernization projects within approved budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities include scoping AI opportunities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring governance and regulatory alignment across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years in delivering complex modernization or replacement projects.
• Strong PM capabilities across waterfall and agile.
• Proficient in change management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities driving strategic growth across systems and processes.
• Plan, scope requirements, and manage AI roadmap from RFP to post go-live.
• Lead delivery with budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Bridge STO/IT with business and senior management on AI initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, and change throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and sustained program value.
• Oversee resource allocation, burn rates, and budgets weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate vendors, SOWs, and change requests.
• Establish governance frameworks and project documentation.
