Job summary

CraftShack PH in Metro Manila seeks a Sr. Account Executive to supervise day-to-day AE activities and oversee accounts from ideation to execution, ensuring projects meet client needs and stay on budget.

You will build strong client relationships, present ideas and campaigns, negotiate contracts, coordinate with creatives and suppliers, and identify opportunities for growth while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years solid experience as AE or Sr. AE in the same or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities with assigned Account Executives.
• Oversee accounts and projects from ideation to execution.
• Assist supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
• Maintain close communication with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
• Serve as the link between client, creatives team, implementation team, and suppliers.
• Generate leads through multiple channels to identify opportunities.
• Present ideas, campaigns, and updates to clients and assist in developing campaigns.
• Brief creatives team to design concepts and ensure timely delivery.
• Create reports and monitoring sheets to track progress and budgets.
