Job summary

CraftShack PH is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to coordinate day-to-day activities with AEs, manage accounts from ideation to execution, and serve as the bridge among clients, creatives, implementation teams and suppliers.

The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, addressing needs, and resolving queries or complaints promptly while keeping projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as AE or Sr. AE in same or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Able to communicate, present, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities with assigned Accounts Executives.
• Manage accounts and projects from ideation to execution.
• Act as a link between clients, creatives, implementation teams and suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner and manage budgets.
• Prepare quick sheets, job orders, reports, and monitoring sheets to ensure on-time delivery.
