Qualifications

• 5+ years in client/account management in digital media or influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and mentor team members.
• Strong creative sensibility and a digital-first perspective.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts into long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the internal voice of the client in campaign execution.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and campaign success.
• Lead development and delivery of creator-led campaigns that are creative, relevant, and on-brand.
• Elevate proposals with strong creative instincts and platform fluency.
• Co-create campaigns in partnership with clients and agencies.
