Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an Account Director to drive new business opportunities, build strong client partnerships, and support growth within a dynamic advertising and creative agency environment.

You will identify prospective clients, lead client conversations, and deliver compelling pitches and proposals, collaborating with creative, strategy, finance, and account teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 5–7 years in business development, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience in advertising/creative agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead pitches and create commercial proposals.

Responsabilités

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, prospecting, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, business challenges, and marketing requirements.
• Present advertising, branding, creative, and marketing solutions that align with client needs.
• Contribute to achieving business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
• Coordinate pitches and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions.
