Job summary

You will represent the agency in client meetings, lead a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, and drive organic growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while guiding campaign planning and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team management.
