UPS Philippines is seeking a Customer Billing Support professional to communicate with customers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and provide accurate billing information. You will educate customers on UPS billing services and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Job Description

This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers’ invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. The employee performs other tasks as necessary.
