Dover Business Services (DBS) in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to provide advanced support, perform detailed supplier reconciliations, and lead major clean-up activities. The role supports bidding, auditing, and process improvements across AP functions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in AP, including invoice matching and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
3+ years of experience in invoice matching, issue resolution, or other AP functions.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support on accounts payable issues and reconciliations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Lead major AP clean-up activities (AP Open Credit Memo, GRNI Balance, AP Aging).
Support process transitions and adoption of new technologies to streamline AP processes.
Conduct testing and auditing of invoice processing and inquiries for accuracy and compliance.
Produce process documentation and SOPs for AP activities.
Ensure AP activities comply with regulations and company policies.
Generate AP metrics reports and present insights to management.
Lead or participate in special AP projects and system upgrades.
Deliver AP training and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance.
