Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with invoice matching and payment issue resolution in AP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SharePoint a plus; Oracle experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and match supplier invoices to PO and receipt data.
• Perform exception invoice processing for Non-PO invoices, emergency payments and other check requests.
• Analyze invoice matching errors and develop corrective actions; collaborate with Procurement and Receiving to resolve issues.
• Interact with suppliers and internal teams to manage supplier relationships and communications.
• Recommend supplier data maintenance changes identified during AP processes.
• Maintain productivity and meet SLAs in a complex environment, referencing legacy accounting data.
• Perform reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Perform manual transactions and wire payments per policy.
• Complete internal transfer transactions.
• Assist with other projects and continuous improvement efforts.
