Job summary

SiteMinder, a global hotel commerce platform, is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator in Manila. You will manage supplier payments, intercompany settlements, and multi-currency transactions, collaborating with the Finance Manager and a small AP team.

You will handle invoice processing in Workday, maintain vendor data, and ensure timely, accurate month-end close across multiple legal entities. Hybrid work model and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, payments and bank operations.
• Experience preparing payment runs and reconciling bank accounts in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes including inventory, imports/shipments, foreign currency payments, and trade finance.
• Good understanding of month-end closing activities and vendor reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of tax invoice requirements.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to handle large payment amounts across currencies.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices from start to finish using Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
• Match POs, receipts, and invoices; process intercompany transactions and settlements.
• Manage vendor master data, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead AP month-end close and support EOFY activities; supervise a small AP team.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Finance team and respond to payment queries.
